Delivery and payment methods

1. Shipping costs

Package shipping costs:

* Slovenian Post:  € 3.99

* GLS : € 3.99

 

2. Delivery time

Within 3 business days of placing the order (in principle the next business day). If the product is out of stock, we will inform you.

 

3. Shipping option

At checkout you can choose to ship via the following courier services:

GLS courier service *

Slovenian Post

*If you choose to have your order delivered via GLS courier service, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to any pickup location.

 

4. Payment method

You can pay for your ordered products in several ways (choose when entering your order information):

* Payment by cash on delivery

* Payment by invoice

*Payment by credit card*

*Payment via Pay-pal*

 

Cash on delivery payment:
You pay the ordered goods to the delivery person ( GLS ) by cash/card upon delivery. The delivery costs are stated in the order. The purchase fee is an additional € 1.00 and represents the cost of the transfer.

Payment by invoice:
You will receive payment information to the email address you entered when placing your order. You can pay the amount in person at the bank or via online banking.

Payment by credit card:
If you choose to pay by credit card, you can pay for your purchase online with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. In the boxes that appear after selecting the credit card payment method, enter the required details of your credit or debit card.

Refusal to accept the package: In the event of refusal/non-acceptance of the package (if the customer does not inform us of a subsequently occurring unforeseen circumstance), BITAX doo reserves the right to charge the incurred costs (shipping costs, return service, packaging, cancellation procedure) in the amount of € 10.00 .

 

Your order becomes valid when you ship it. Prices are valid on the day the order is shipped.
